Email address: Provided at checkout via Paddle. We use it to deliver your license key and send transactional emails (renewal, cancellation, refund, expiry).
License key: To verify your subscription status and activate the extension.
Device identifier: A randomly generated ID to manage device limits based on your plan.
Discord User ID: If you choose to link Discord for instant alerts (via the /activate command).
Aggregated slot reports: The extension reports each detected appointment slot back to our backend so we can power Discord notifications. This data is associated with your device ID, not your name or email.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

Your visa application details or personal documents
Your passport information
Your browsing history outside of the visa scheduling website
Any data from other websites you visit
Your name, address, or phone number
Payment card details (payments are securely processed by Paddle.com — they never touch our servers)

We use the collected information to:

Provide and maintain the Service
Verify your license and manage device access
Send appointment availability notifications via Discord
Provide customer support
Improve our Service

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

License and device information is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with enterprise-grade security
All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
Your license key and preferences are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's secure storage API
We do not store any visa application data on our servers

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Cloudflare: Hosting, security, and backend infrastructure
Paddle.com: Payment processing and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment data; we never see card details.
Resend: Transactional email delivery (license keys, renewal confirmations, etc.). Your email is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of sending you these messages.
Discord: Slot notifications — only if you choose to link your Discord account via the bot's /activate command.

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion of your data:

Your license and device information will be removed from our servers
Your Discord binding will be deleted
Local data can be removed by uninstalling the extension

Request deletion of your data
Unlink your Discord account at any time through the extension settings
Uninstall the extension to remove all locally stored data
